Many of Chicken Smoothie's traditional April Fool's pet releases are based off previously released site designs, with a new twist, such as being re-coloured versions with funny facial expressions.

This guide lists each outcome and compares it to the original design it was inspired by. Outcomes are sorted by release year, and the release dates of the originals are noted below each image.
