Forum Categories

On Chicken Smoothie, players can communicate with each other over a section of the site referred to commonly as "the forums." There, players can make public posts, and other members can reply them. While Chicken Smoothie also has a private messaging system for private conversations (note that all site rules still apply to private messages), players use the forums to have open discussions, advertise trades, and play games with other members. There are even certain sections that can be used to display art, dress ups, and store special information used on other topics.

For the purpose of organization, there are many different sections in the forum boards. Each section is individually referred to as a "forum," while the five main sections are called "boards." That way, members who are searching for something specific they can find it more easily.

Our voulenteer team works hard each day, moderating the site to make sure the site rules are followed. Although different team members have different duties, but ultimately they all serve to make sure everyone can have a safe, fun experience on Chicken Smoothie!

Most users are able to post in any forum once their first post has been approved by a moderator, but COPPA members have more restrictions due to the standards placed by the United States on its citizens under the age of 13. They can only post in a few select boards, and even have certain forums blocked from view.

These topics can be found at the top of the page upon clicking the "Forums" tab at the top of the site. There are so many different forums here that they've been split into sub-forums as well!

Suggestions + Help

CS Help, Suggestions, and Problems This section has two uses, the first of which is to ask easy questions about the site. This should be used to get answers from other users about problems they'd be able to assist with. More complicated questions should be submitted to the Help system for an official answer from the CS Team. This board can also be used to make suggestions for the site, bringing up ideas for new features that would make using CS easier or more fun. Some of the more frequent suggestions just aren't possible at this time, so please make sure to check what has already been declined before. Public: Yes - COPPA: Readable - Member: Unrestricted

HTML/PHP Coding and Webdesign help Use this section to ask for tips about coding your own HTML and PHP site, or read guides written by other members. Many people on CS have an interest in exploring web design or maybe even creating their own adoptable website, and CS wants to be a supportive community for upcoming developers. General

Announcements The administrators use this forum to post important site announcements to notify the community of changes being made to the site or staff. Topics featured in the Global Announcement section at the top of each forum are eventually moved here after their message is no longer relevant. You can share photos of your own animals on their respective topics, or chat about your favorite species. General Discussion This forum is for any discussion topics which don't really fit into other areas of the board. While the setting may vary (such as realistic historical events) all the characters have normal abilities and real-world limitations. This section focuses on games with humanoid characters, regardless of the setting, inspiration, or universal rules. Dressup Challenge

Dressup Challenges Display your pet dress ups by submitting them to an active challenge! Once submitted to a challenge, the dress up will be preserved forever, even you you later take the items off the pet. The challenges are simply fun prompts, there are no official winners. Each challenge has its own section, listed chronologically on the main page. Each challenge displays three sections: recent activity, random entries, and the most popular. The recent activity category shows the dress up topics with the most recent comments, while the popular entries are those with the most likes (although they are still displayed chronologically by latest post).
